We use yarn appointed by customers. The quality of yarn plays an important role in the production such as the tensile force, sweat absorption capacity, the gloss and thermal performance. We ensure the high quality of goods, which will be produced in our company. 

The capacity of production

Our production equipment including 56-200 different needle socks knitting machine, which could produce 3000 stacks of knitted socks. 

Product research and development

The experts in the technical team in our company, have more than 35 years experience in product research and development. They provide customized products for the home textile, the airline industry, hospital and other departments which have special demand. The product team has rich experience when they deal with most of the international brand. 

Technology and equipment

Our company have advanced production equipment of the world, we also have advanced testing equipment , for example , the yarn tester could detect uneven intensity and the twist of yarn, the color fastness tester could test light and friction. What’s more, we have color matching device, pilling test, the tensile test of socks, shrinkage test, strength test and so on.
